We will undertake all day-to-day management activities for your properties as well as dealing with assignments, service of notices and overall portfolio “performance”.
The properties managed are geographically widespread from Ealing extending as far as Bournemouth in the South to Yorkshire in the North of England.
The department is currently responsible for over 100 tenancies, including single shop units, neighbourhood shopping centres, single and multi-tenanted office buildings (with extensive common parts) and industrial units.
We provide an efficient and prompt response to all facility related matters meeting the demands of both landlord and tenant.
